Notification of Transactions by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMRs") The Company announces that on 13 February 2026 the following awards over ordinary shares in the capital of the Company were granted to the following PDMRs pursuant to the Company's share incentive plans.
The award to the Executive Directors under the Long-Term Incentive Plan, John-Paul Savant and Sarah Highfield (the "Executive Award"), is based on an award multiple of 200% of basic salary, as agreed by the Remuneration Committee (the "Committee").
The Executive Award will vest on the third anniversary of grant subject to the achievement of performance conditions over the three-year period ending 30 September 2028 and will be subject to the usual two-year post-vesting holding period.
Full details of the Executive Award, including the performance targets, are disclosed in the Directors' Remuneration Report in the FY2025 Annual Report published on 10 December 2025.
The relevant notifications set out below in relation to the awards to John-Paul Savant, Sarah Highfield and Jeremy Stewart are provided in accordance with the requirements of Article 19 of the UK Market Abuse Regulation.
