Xbox's revenue fell by $1.7 billion, whilst console sales dropped by 29%

Microsoft's gaming division ended the 2026 financial year with a $1.7 billion, or 7 per cent, decline in revenue. Sales of Xbox consoles fell most sharply, whilst the increase in revenue from XBOX Game Pass was only able to partially offset the losses in other areas.
