LIC OFS opens August 4: Here's all you need to know

The government will launch an Offer for Sale (OFS) in Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC) on Tuesday for non-retail investors, with retail investors able to bid on Wednesday. The Centre will divest a 2.5% stake, with an additional 4% green shoe option, at a floor price of ₹382 per share.
