Kotak Life, Ashish Kacholia, Mukul Agrawal, others invest Rs 120 crore in Fusion CX ahead of IPO

The transactions come ahead of Fusion CX's Rs 702-crore initial public offering (IPO), which will open for subscription on October 14 and close on October 16. The anchor investor book is scheduled to open on October 13.
