Gig Workers Act: Karnataka HC grants interim protection to IAMAI, Swiggy, Zomato, others but orders deposit of welfare fee

The Court ordered the aggregators to deposit a welfare contribution due under the Act and added that no coercive action be taken against them under the new law for now, in light of this direction.
